Summary
This study looks at whether adding Chinese herbal medicine to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can help prevent lung cancer from coming back after surgery. About 367 adults with a certain type of lung cancer (non-small cell, stage Ib to IIIb) will take part. The herbs are given in stages alongside standard treatment, and researchers will track how long patients stay cancer-free and their quality of life.
