Summary

This study is creating a large digital registry for people with monogenic diabetes (a rare form caused by a single gene). Researchers will use a mobile app and website to enroll up to 5,000 participants and perform genetic testing. The goal is to map the genetic causes of this diabetes in the Chinese population, which may lead to better diagnosis and personalized treatment in the future.
