Summary

This study tested an 8-week mindfulness program called CHIME for Early Head Start and Head Start educators. The goal was to see if it reduces stress, improves emotional well-being, and helps teachers support children's social and emotional growth. Over 500 educators participated, along with some parents and children, to measure changes in stress, mood, and classroom interactions.
