Summary
This study tested a program called Communities for Healthy Living (CHL) that helps families with young children (ages 3 to 5) eat better and be more active. The goal was to prevent childhood obesity by empowering parents and kids together. About 5,000 children enrolled in Head Start took part, but the study was ended early.
