Summary

This study aims to find out which of two pushing techniques works better during childbirth. Researchers will compare spontaneous pushing versus Valsalva (breath-holding) pushing in 128 first-time mothers. They will measure how each method affects labor duration, pain levels, and feelings of fatigue to help improve the birth experience.
