NCT ID NCT07446699
Summary
This study aims to find out if one of two common pushing techniques makes childbirth easier for first-time mothers. Researchers will compare the spontaneous pushing method with the Valsalva (breath-holding) method in 128 women. They will measure which technique leads to shorter labor and less pain and fatigue for the mother.
