Summary

This study looked at whether adding one-on-one counseling to standard childbirth classes helps first-time mothers feel more prepared for pregnancy and birth. 110 pregnant women in Istanbul took part. Half got classes plus counseling, the other half got classes only. Researchers measured how well the women adapted using a special questionnaire.
