Summary
This study looked at whether adding one-on-one counseling to standard childbirth education helps first-time mothers feel more prepared for pregnancy and birth. 110 pregnant women in Istanbul took part, with half getting education plus counseling and the other half getting education alone. Researchers measured how well the women adapted using a special questionnaire.
