Summary
This study looks at whether a child-focused goal-setting approach (ENGAGE) helps kids aged 5-12 with disabilities like autism or cerebral palsy do better in therapy. About 96 children and 24 therapists from six rehab sites in Alberta, Canada, will take part. Therapists are randomly assigned to use ENGAGE or usual care. The study measures goal performance, satisfaction, and costs to see which method is more effective and efficient.
