New chickenpox vaccine shows promise in kids – study recruiting

Summary

This study tests a new chickenpox vaccine in healthy children aged 12-15 months who have never had chickenpox or been vaccinated. The goal is to see if the new vaccine works as well as the current one. About 600 children will take part, receiving two doses three months apart.
