First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study in 30 healthy adults aims to see if cyclosporine changes how the body absorbs CHF6001, a potential COPD treatment. Participants take CHF6001 alone first, then with cyclosporine, and blood samples are compared. The goal is to understand drug interactions, not to treat any disease.
