Summary
This study tests if chewing sugar-free gum during colonoscopy bowel preparation can reduce side effects like nausea and bloating. About 100 adults scheduled for a colonoscopy will either chew gum or not during their prep. The goal is to see if this simple trick helps people finish the prep and feel better about the process.
