Summary
This study tests a clot-busting drug called tenecteplase in Chinese stroke patients who arrive at the hospital more than 4.5 hours after symptoms start. About 890 participants will receive either the drug or standard care to see if it helps them recover without disability. The goal is to find a safe and effective treatment for patients who currently have limited options.
