Summary

This study tests whether specific chest exercises can improve breathing, chest expansion, and exercise capacity in university students who smoke. Thirty smokers aged 18-24 will be split into two groups: one doing chest PNF techniques and the other doing chest mobility exercises. Researchers will measure lung function, shortness of breath, and fitness levels before and after the program.
