First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving chemotherapy after surgery can help people with early-stage (stage 1 or 2) endometrial cancer who have a higher chance of the cancer coming back. About 244 patients who had their cancer removed and no cancer in their lymph nodes will either receive chemotherapy or just be watched. The goal is to see if chemo improves how long they live.
