Summary
This study looks at what chemicals people in Singapore are exposed to through their diet. Researchers will test 300 healthy adults of Chinese, Indian, or Malay background to see which chemicals show up in their bodies and how they relate to what they eat. The goal is to better understand food safety risks, not to treat any disease.
