NCT ID NCT05721846
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new combination of treatments for people with pancreatic cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. The approach combines two immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and ipilimumab) with a vaccine targeting a protein called TGFβ-15 and precise radiation therapy. The goal is to see if this mix is safe and can help control the cancer by boosting the immune system's ability to attack tumors. About 20 participants will be enrolled.
