Summary
This study tested whether a ChatGPT-supported online group program could help overweight female nurses manage emotional and uncontrolled eating. 44 nurses participated in online sessions guided by a facilitator with AI support. The goal was to improve eating behaviors and body image using a cognitive behavioral therapy-based self-help approach.
