Summary
This study tests whether a chatbot can help men who have sex with men in Hong Kong reduce chemsex—using drugs like ketamine or methamphetamine before or during sex. One hundred men will be randomly assigned to either watch weekly educational videos or also interact with a chatbot that provides personalized advice over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the chatbot leads to less chemsex and safer behaviors.
