Nurse and chatbot team up to tackle insomnia in new study

Summary
This study tests a nurse-led sleep program combined with a health chatbot for adults who have trouble sleeping. About 80 participants will either get the chatbot-assisted program or track their sleep on their own. The goal is to see if the program improves sleep, anxiety, depression, and fatigue, and how much people like using the chatbot.
