Summary
This study looks at whether a chatbot on WhatsApp can help adults in Nigeria who are newly diagnosed with HIV learn more about their condition. About 314 people will take part, with some using the chatbot plus standard care and others receiving only standard care. The main goal is to see if the chatbot improves HIV knowledge, and the study will also check its effects on mental well-being and how people use it.
