Summary
This study is testing if a smartphone chatbot can teach family caregivers of elderly pneumonia patients better than standard paper instructions. It will compare the knowledge, confidence, and caregiving actions of 150 caregivers using the chatbot for 5 days against those who get a brochure and a short talk. The goal is to see if digital tools can provide more effective, on-demand support for caregivers at home.
