Summary
This study is testing if a smartphone chatbot can help family members caring for elderly pneumonia patients at home. It will compare the chatbot to standard paper instructions to see which better improves caregivers' knowledge, confidence, and caregiving skills. The goal is to find more effective ways to support family caregivers.
