AI chatbot fails to boost nursing Students' grades but wins their hearts

Summary
This study tested whether using an AI chatbot (ChatGPT) could help nursing students learn to create better visual study guides called concept maps. 108 nursing students were split into two groups: one used the chatbot for help, and the other used only traditional textbooks and notes. The results showed that using the chatbot did not lead to higher scores on the concept maps or a knowledge test. However, students who used the chatbot reported more positive feelings about the learning method and said it helped them understand complex topics.
