Could adding cilostazol stop strokes from coming back?

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug cilostazol to standard stroke treatment can prevent early neurological worsening or another stroke within 180 days. It involves 2,340 adults who have had a stroke caused by narrowing of a major artery in the brain or neck. Participants receive either standard care (aspirin plus clopidogrel) or standard care plus cilostazol, starting within 72 hours of their stroke.
