Could adding cilostazol stop strokes from coming back?

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug cilostazol to standard anti-clotting therapy can reduce early stroke recurrence in people who had a stroke due to narrowed arteries in the brain or neck. About 2,340 adults will receive either standard care or standard care plus cilostazol. The goal is to see if the combination lowers the chance of worsening symptoms or another stroke within 6 months.
