Summary
This study tests a mobile app (CHAMP) that helps parents track their child's feeding progress at home, aiming to make tube weaning easier and faster. About 245 families with children aged 1 month to 5 years who are ready to stop tube feeding will use the app. The goal is to see if the app improves weaning success and reduces the time needed compared to standard care.
