Summary

This study tests a smartphone app called CHAMP that lets parents of children with complex heart disease upload health data, photos, and videos from home. The goal is to see if the app is safe, easy to use, and helps doctors make better decisions. Up to 1,000 children from birth to age 17 will take part across multiple hospitals.
