Summary
This early-stage study is testing an experimental drug called CGT4255 in about 100 adults whose advanced solid tumors have specific genetic changes (ERBB2 alterations or HER2 overexpression). The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. The study includes people with certain types of lung cancer, breast cancer, and other solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
