Smart sensor could help kidney transplant patients tame diabetes

Summary
This study tests whether a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) helps people who have had a kidney transplant and have type 2 diabetes better control their blood sugar. About 80 participants will wear a CGM device for several months to see if it increases the time their blood sugar stays in a healthy range. The goal is to improve diabetes management and reduce complications after transplant.
