Summary
This study tests a program called REST that helps older adults (65+) with type 1 or type 2 diabetes learn to use continuous glucose monitors (CGMs). The goal is to reduce dangerous low blood sugar episodes and improve time in a healthy blood sugar range. Participants will receive remote education and support to adopt and sustain CGM use over time.
