Summary

This study tests a program called REST that helps older adults (65+) with type 1 or type 2 diabetes learn to use continuous glucose monitors (CGM). The goal is to reduce dangerous low blood sugar episodes and improve time in range. Participants will receive remote education and support to adopt and keep using CGM technology.
