New hope for Hard-to-Treat breast cancer?

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called CFI-400945 in people with advanced or metastatic breast cancer that has not responded to standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 51 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor changes.
