New combo therapy aims to shrink hard-to-treat breast tumors

Summary
This study tests two drugs, CFI-400945 and durvalumab, in women with advanced triple negative breast cancer that cannot be cured. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or control the disease. About 15 participants will receive the treatment and be monitored for response.
