First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at how the cystic fibrosis drug Kaftrio (elexacaftor-tezacaftor-ivacaftor) behaves in children aged 2 to 17. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood and check for side effects like liver problems or mood changes. The goal is to make the drug safer and more effective for kids, not to test a new treatment.
