Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs—cetuximab and interleukin-12—in people with head and neck cancer that has returned, spread, or cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find the safest dose of interleukin-12 and see if the pair can shrink tumors. About 23 adults with advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck are taking part.
