Summary

This study tests whether giving two drugs (cetuximab and cemiplimab) before surgery can help shrink tumors in people with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. About 22 adults will receive the combination before their planned surgery. The main goal is to see how many patients have a major or complete response in their tumor tissue.
