First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested two treatments for healing scars after a cesarean section: a special gel and a plant-based ointment. 117 women who had a C-section used one of the two treatments. Nurses checked their scars for redness, color, and thickness, and women reported pain and satisfaction. The goal was to see which treatment worked better for early scar healing.
