Summary
This study tests whether combining neck traction at different angles with nerve mobilization exercises can reduce pain and improve function in people with cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in the neck). Researchers will measure pain levels, nerve function, and disability in 45 adults aged 30-45. The goal is to find a better non-surgical treatment for chronic neck nerve pain.
