Summary
This study looked at whether doing specific neck (cervical) stabilization exercises can reduce pain and improve jaw movement in people with long-term temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder. Thirty adults with TMJ complaints for more than three months took part. The main goal was to see if these exercises help ease pain and make daily activities easier.
