First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at whether special neck exercises could help people with long-term jaw joint (TMJ) pain. Thirty adults with TMJ complaints for over three months took part. Researchers measured pain, jaw movement, and neck motion before and after the exercises. The goal was to see if strengthening the neck could improve jaw function and reduce discomfort.
