First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tested two different injection methods to relieve neck pain that spreads to the arms (cervical radiculopathy). 70 adults who did not get better with standard treatments were randomly assigned to receive either an ultrasound-guided block or a fluoroscopy-guided steroid injection. The goal was to see which method works better and is safer for reducing pain and improving daily function.
