NCT ID NCT07272473
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding gentle neck therapy (cervical mobilization) to standard medication and balance exercises can reduce dizziness and improve balance in people with Meniere's disease. About 33 adults with Meniere's will be split into three groups: one getting only their usual medicine, another adding neck therapy plus balance exercises, and a third adding just balance exercises. The goal is to see if the neck therapy offers extra relief for symptoms like dizziness and poor balance.
