Summary
This study is testing whether adding specific neck therapy and balance exercises to standard medication helps people with Meniere's disease. It will involve 33 adults who experience dizziness and imbalance. Over 6 weeks, researchers will compare groups receiving different combinations of exercises and therapy to see which best improves dizziness, balance, and neck function.
