Summary
This study looked at whether doing simple neck exercises between innings can help college baseball pitchers avoid losing shoulder motion and strength after a game. Twenty pain-free pitchers did neck stretches during a simulated 5-inning game. Researchers measured their shoulder range of motion and strength before and after to see if the exercises made a difference.
