This study looked at whether placing a cervical dilator (Dilapan-S) before medication can shorten labor in second-trimester medical termination of pregnancy. 355 women participated. The main goal was to see if more women delivered within 12 hours with the dilator. Results could help make the procedure faster and more comfortable.
