Summary
This study looks at different screening methods to find early signs of cervical cancer in women living with HIV in the Dominican Republic. The goal is to see which approach—like testing for HPV—works best to catch precancerous changes early. About 619 women aged 25 to 49 will take part, and results could help improve screening in other countries too.
