Summary
This study focuses on 'cerebral tinnitus,' where people hear sounds inside their head due to narrowed neck veins. Researchers will test a surgery to widen these veins and create clear guidelines for diagnosis and treatment. About 107 participants will receive the surgery, and their improvement will be tracked for up to a year.
