Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug combination (ceralasertib plus durvalumab) in Chinese patients with advanced solid tumours that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to check the safety and side effects of the combination, and to see how the drugs behave in the body. Only 14 participants are enrolled, so this is a small, exploratory trial.
