New drug cocktail shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called ceralasertib, given as a pill, together with other cancer treatments (chemotherapy or targeted drugs) in adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard care. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 354 people are taking part across multiple treatment groups.
